What are Electrolytes?

Electrolytes are minerals your body needs to function properly and stay healthy. Electrolytes actually carry an electric charge! When you don’t get enough, the imbalance might affect your quality of life. Sources of Electrolytes

Electrolytes are mostly found in fruits and vegetables, such as pears, berries, zucchini, spinach, milk, butternut squash, oranges, avocados and watermelons. You can also replenish electrolytes by consuming raisins, veal, chicken, nuts, dairy, and canned soups and vegetables.
